Payment

​

We do require payment on the day of your visit please.

​

• Private health cards: We work with the HICAPs system so if you have extras with your private health insurance that include Chiropractic then you can claim from your fund at the time of your appointment. You will need to pay for any gap payment due.

• Medicare: Ask your GP if you qualify for the Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) program, you may be covered by Medicare for part of your Chiropractic care.

• Veteran Affairs Australia: We accept DVA cards along with a referral from your GP.

• Payments: We accept cash, Visa & Mastercard.

Cancellation Policy

​

We understand situations arise when you may need to reschedule your appointment. To do so we request you notify us by phone no less than 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer your appointment allocation to another client. 

​

Cancellation Fees 

​

Less Than 24 hours notice will incur 50% of the appointment fee. Failure to attend may incur the full appointment fee.
